Incepted in the year 1969, Hikon Industries is engaged in manufacturing and exporting plastic processing machines. Being in this sphere of business since past 36 years, we have developed a wide experience and exquisite knowledge regarding the various production aspects. Our product range includes: Carpet Extrusion Lines, Thermo Foaming Machine, HIP Blown Sheet Plant, Recycling & Granulating System, Agglomerator, Blown Film Machine, Pipe Plant (Rigid PVC/ HDPE), Screw & Barrels and Monofilament Plant.

Being a partnership concern, our managing partner have over 30 years of experience in manufacturing plastic processing machinery. We have set up a wide manufacturing unit which is equipped with research and development lab and all our efforts are made to fabricate and develop plastic extrusion plants and machines as per international standards.

We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company and give paramount importance to the quality aspect of our products as all our machines are manufactured in a precision controlled environment. Our quality control inspectors conduct rigorous quality checks during all production processes in order to check the performance, durability and features of the machinery parts and the machine as a whole. We also concentrate on the quality of raw materials like air box motors and various grades of steel which are sourced from renowned distributors from all over India. Our Total Quality Management policy is strictly adopted within the organization at all levels so that only the defect free products reach our clients. MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Infrastructure forms the nucleus of our organization. We have a well-equipped manufacturing unit which assembles all the machine parts. We have installed finest quality machinery for Indian as well as global markets. We have German make special purpose profile cutting machines with the assistance of which we manufacture worms and screws of different profiles and shapes. We currently manufacture plants and machines like HM HDPE/LLDP/LD FILM plants with or without rotating die and various other machines and accessories. Highly spacious and fitted with all the fire control devices, we provide a healthy working atmosphere to our employees.

We have a team of industry specialists, technocrats and engineers, who have complete knowledge regarding the manufacturing and assembling of plastic extrusion machines. Highly proficient each of our team member is delegated with the responsibility that one can easily undertake and fulfill.
