A Universal Joint

the heart of this joint. Depending upon the load
(torque) to be transferred, the UJ cross Size
and type is stetted by the vehicle manufacturer.
We manufacture nearly 4 type and 50 sizes of UJ
cross ranging from 15 mm. Ball dia up to 64

mechanise depends upon the quality of its Tie
Rod End and suspension Ball Joints. We are in
manufacturing of these Components for last two
decades. The material used in housing is
preferably EN-8/EN-9.which, after machining, is
induction hardened for improving its wear
resistance. Contour Matching and machining is
done on Auto Cycle lathes, Production lathes and
some time on CNC turning centre depending upon
job requirement. For economical maintenance
replaceable kit type ends are also manufactured
where Repair kits can be changed instead of Full
